These Terms apply to all products and services offered by Degen Matrix, including but not limited to the Civuna mobile application, the Degen Matrix website (www.degenmatrix.com), and any future applications we develop and publish.

If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use our Services. Degen Matrix may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. The Services are provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our Services.

10. No Guarantees or Outcomes

Use of Degen Matrix applications does not guarantee any specific result, outcome, or achievement. For example, use of Civuna does not guarantee passing any interview, test, or examination, approval of any application, or any specific learning outcome. Results depend on many factors beyond our control.

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Degen Matrix disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, accuracy, completeness, reliability, and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Degen Matrix and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services, regardless of the theory of liability.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Services exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty dollars ($50.00), whichever is greater.
